Established in 1975 as a proprietorship by CA P. K. Mathew in Calicut, Kerala, the firm initially specialized in Income Tax Practice. As part of its expansion strategy, it later transitioned into a partnership firm with four partners, including P. K. Mathew. This transformation brought in a diverse range of expertise, enabling the firm to extend its services to Information System Audits, Internal Audits, Management Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Management Consultancy.

A significant milestone was achieved in 2014 when the firm expanded its operations internationally, leveraging its global partnerships. Today, it serves clients across the Middle East, Europe, and other regions. However, May 26, 2016, remains a solemn day for the organization, as it marked the passing of its esteemed founding partner, CA P. K. Mathew.

Currently, the firm is led by CA Ashwin Simon, who brings extensive audit expertise, supported by a dedicated team of 40 professional staff and a strong network of qualified professionals, including MBAs, ICWAs, and Company Secretaries.

With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, the firm specializes in Information System Audits, Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Management Audits, and Concurrent Audits, among other financial services. It has successfully executed numerous time-sensitive assignments and has collaborated with multidisciplinary teams on various start-ups and government projects.
